I can’t seem to stop moving.
Over the years I have trained in Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Capoeira, Feldenkreiss technique and done basic acrobatics I am still very bendy, can walk on my hands and do the odd back flip on a good day.
I use these techniques in my teaching and occasionally I am asked to coordinate movement for theatre:
